"Heart and Lungs in Intensive Care:
Opportunities and Limitations of Drug Therapy and Support Systems"
Dear Sir or Madam,
The heart and lungs are the two most important organs for ensuring an adequate supply of oxygen to the body. Acute, serious pulmonary or cardiac conditions are therefore always considered life-threatening and require prompt intervention.
In three presentations, we will introduce both the drug treatment of acute heart failure and the use of temporary support systems in cases of acute cardiac and/or pulmonary dysfunction.
We warmly invite you to this continuing education event and look forward to a lively discussion with you.
