Heart Failure – Update on 16 June 2023 in Mannheim
Dear Colleagues,
Heart failure will be the central challenge facing cardiology in the coming years.
Care for these complex patients, many of whom have multiple comorbidities, will become increasingly demanding. It is characterized by recurrent hospitalizations requiring intensive treatment. These hospitalizations frequently move patients between outpatient care and hospital, making good coordination and communication between caregivers essential.
In this continuing education program, we would like to give you a concise overview of the latest developments in this field. The event will also provide a forum for discussion among healthcare professionals from both community practices and hospitals.
